Agra Public Group of Institutions (APGI), established in 1965 by Late Shri P.L. Sharma under the Agra Public Education Society, is the oldest and largest educational group in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. The college campus was founded in 1999 by Late Dr. Sadhna Sharma and Late Shri D.R. Chaturvedi, now led by Chairman Mr. M.C. Sharma and Vice-Chairman Mr. Abhinav Sharma. This private institution is affiliated with Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Lucknow, approved by AICTE, NCTE, and PCI, and holds NAAC B accreditation.
Spread across a 25-acre campus at Artoni, Agra, APGI offers B.Tech, M.Tech, MBA, BCA, B.Pharmacy, M.Pharmacy, D.Pharmacy, B.Ed, and M.Ed across Engineering, Management, Pharmacy, and Education streams. The modern infrastructure includes 50+ laboratories with 1:1 student-computer ratio, air-conditioned computer centers with 100 MBPS internet and Wi-Fi, library, auditorium, separate hostels, swimming pool, gymnasium, cafeteria, medical facilities, sports grounds, botanical gardens, and 24/7 security.
The Training and Placement Department achieves 100% job assistance with 60% internship placement. Top recruiters include Infosys, TCS, Wipro, HCL, Oracle, NIIT, and Nestle. The highest package reached ?7 LPA (Nestle) with an average of ?3 LPA.
APGI provides scholarships including Dasmottar Scholarship (?50,000 annually), 10% fee waiver for women, economically weaker, and physically handicapped students in B.Pharmacy, and merit-based scholarships up to 100%. Course fees range from ?45,000-?65,000 annually with education loan facilities available.
