About College of Technology and Engineering (CTAE)
The College of Technology and Engineering (CTAE), founded in 1964, is one of the oldest and most prestigious government engineering colleges in Rajasthan. It is a constituent college of Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology (MPUAT), Udaipur) and is approved by AICTE. CTAE was established to provide technical manpower for agriculture, engineering, and allied industries, and has since expanded into diverse engineering fields.
CTAE offers B.Tech programs in disciplines such as Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, Mining Engineering, and Information Technology. It also provides M.Tech and Ph.D. programs in specialized areas. Admissions are conducted through REAP/JEE Main counseling for B.Tech and GATE/University entrance for M.Tech and Ph.D.
The campus facilities include modern laboratories, workshops, computer centers, central library, hostels, and sports complexes.
