About Government Polytechnic College (GPC)
The Government Polytechnic College (GPC), Rajsamand, founded in 2006, is one of the key government technical institutions in southern Rajasthan. Initially functioning from a temporary setup, the college shifted to its newly constructed campus beside NH-8 in January 2008, offering a scenic view of the Aravali Hills.
Affiliated with the Board of Technical Education, Rajasthan (BTER), Jodhpur, and approved by AICTE, the college provides 3-year diploma programs in engineering streams such as Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Computer Science Engineering. Admissions are conducted through state-level counseling based on merit.
