About Indian Institute of Health Management Research (II
The IIHMR University, Jaipur, originally founded as the Indian Institute of Health Management Research in 1984, is a pioneering institution in the field of healthcare management and research. In 2014, it was granted university status by the Government of Rajasthan under the IIHMR University Act, 2014, making it one of India’s first dedicated universities for health management education.
The university offers specialized MBA programs in Hospital and Health Management, Pharmaceutical Management, Healthcare Analytics, and Development Management, along with a Master of Public Health (MPH) program in collaboration with the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, USA. It also provides Ph.D. programs in related disciplines.
