The Nathdwara Institute of Engineering & Technology (NIET), founded in 2010, is part of the Nathdwara Group of Institutions and is located at Upali Oden, Nathdwara, Rajsamand district, about 40 km from Udaipur. Approved by the AICTE and affiliated with RTU Kota, NIET was established as a Centre of Excellence in Technical Education to provide quality engineering education in southern Rajasthan.
NIET offers undergraduate (B.Tech) and polytechnic diploma programs in disciplines such as Computer Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Electrical Engineering. Admissions are conducted through REAP/JEE Main counseling for B.Tech and merit-based selection for diploma courses.
The campus spans 11–15 acres, equipped with modern classrooms, laboratories, computer centers, workshops, a central library, hostels, and sports facilities. The institute emphasizes industry exposure, innovation, and entrepreneurship, with placement opportunities in IT, manufacturing, construction, and core engineering sectors.
With its AICTE approval, RTU affiliation, and focus on practical learning, the Nathdwara Institute of Engineering & Technology has emerged as a growing hub for engineering education in the Rajsamand–Udaipur region.
