About University of Technology (UOT)
The University of Technology (UOT), Jaipur, located in Sanganer/Vatika region, was founded in 2017 through the University of Technology Bill, Act No.?28 of 2017, passed by the Government of Rajasthan. Sponsored by the Deepshikha Kala Sansthan, which has over four decades of experience in education, UOT is recognized under section 2(f) of the UGC Act, 1956.
The university offers a wide range of undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, and doctoral programs across disciplines including Engineering & Technology, Management, Law, Science, Arts, Commerce, Education, and IT. Admissions are conducted through national entrance exams (JEE, CAT, CLAT, NEET depending on the program) and merit-based selection.
The 30-acre campus provides modern classrooms, advanced laboratories, computer centers, a digital library, seminar halls, hostels, and sports facilities. UOT emphasizes industry partnerships, research, and career-oriented training, preparing students for professional success.
