AIPH University, located at Pahal on the Bhubaneswar–Cuttack NH16 (formerly NH-5) in Odisha, is a private university established in 2018. It evolved from the Asian Institute of Public Health, which had been active since 2008 in community, hospital, and laboratory-based research and training in public health. Recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC), AIPH University is India’s first dedicated public health university, created to strengthen education, research, and innovation in health sciences and allied fields.
The university offers undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, and doctoral programs in disciplines such as Public Health, Allied Health Sciences, Biological Sciences, Management, and Paramedical studies. Admissions are conducted through the university’s Common Entrance Test, with applications accepted both online and offline.
