About Akal University
Akal University, located in Talwandi Sabo in Bathinda District, Punjab, is a private university established in 2015 under the Akal Charitable Foundation. It is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). The university was founded with the vision of Guru Gobind Singh Ji, who had prophesied Talwandi Sabo as Guru Ki Kashi, a great center of learning. Akal University carries forward this legacy by combining modern education with spiritual values.
