Atmiya University, Rajkot, was established in 2018 under the Gujarat Private Universities Act and is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC). It evolved from the well-known Atmiya Group of Institutions (est. 2000) and offers undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, and doctoral programs in Engineering, Management, Commerce, Science, Arts, Pharmacy, and Computer Applications. Admissions are conducted through national-level exams like JEE Main, GUJCET, CAT, CMAT, GATE, and CUET UG/PG, along with merit-based selection. Eligibility requires 10+2 for UG programs, graduation in relevant fields for PG programs, and a master’s degree for doctoral studies. Fees are affordable compared to other private universities, with UG programs costing around ₹60,000–₹1.2 lakh per year and PG programs between ₹80,000–₹1.5 lakh per year, making it accessible to students across Gujarat.
