About Chamarajanagara University
Chamarajanagara University, established in 2023, is a state government university located in Chamarajanagara, Karnataka. Founded by the Government of Karnataka to promote higher education and regional development in the southern districts of the state, the university is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC). As one of Karnataka's newest universities, Chamarajanagara University serves as an affiliating body for colleges in Chamarajanagara district and aims to provide quality higher education opportunities to students from rural and educationally backward areas.
