COEP Technological University, Pune was established in 1854 and is now a unitary public university under the Government of Maharashtra. It is recognized by the UGC and consistently ranks among India’s top engineering institutions. The university offers popular courses in B.Tech, M.Tech, MBA, and Ph.D. programs. Admissions to B.Tech programs are based on MHT CET (state-level) and JEE Main (national-level) scores, with eligibility requiring Class 12 completion in PCM subjects. For M.Tech, GATE scores are accepted. The admission process includes online registration, counseling, and seat allotment.
