Bengaluru Dr. B. R. Ambedkar School of Economics University (BASE University), established in 2017, is a state government university located at Jnanabharti Main Road, Nagarabhavi, Bengaluru, Karnataka. Founded by the Government of Karnataka and named in honor of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar, the architect of the Indian Constitution and a pioneering economist, the university is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) under Section 2(f).
