About
The Dr. K.N. Modi University (DKNMU), located in Newai, Tonk district, Rajasthan, was founded in 2010 by the Dr. K.N. Modi Foundation. Established through the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly Act, the university is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and operates as a private multidisciplinary institution.
The university offers a wide range of undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, and doctoral programs across disciplines such as Engineering & Technology, Management, Law, Pharmacy, Agriculture, Architecture, Education, Basic & Applied Sciences, and Humanities. Admissions are conducted through national entrance exams (JEE Main, CAT, CLAT, GATE, etc.) and merit-based selection.
The 42-acre campus in Newai is designed as an eco-friendly environment, featuring rainwater harvesting, solar energy panels, and wastewater recycling systems. Founded in 2010 and managed by the Dr. Kedar Nath Modi Foundation, DKNMU is a UGC-accredited private university located in Newai, Tonk, Rajasthan. It is approved by BCI, PCI, COA, and NCTE, ensuring credibility across law, pharmacy, architecture, and education programs. The university offers B.Tech, B.Arch, B.Sc, BBA, BA, LLB, MBA, MCA, M.Tech, M.Sc, MA, and Ph.D. programs. Admissions are based on national entrance exams such as JEE Main, NEET UG, CLAT, CAT, GATE, and NATA, along with merit-based selection for certain courses.
