Admissions Open 2026: Courses, Eligibility & Fees
DSMNRU was established by the Government of Uttar Pradesh in 2008 and later formalized under U.P. Act No. 1 of 2009 and Act No. 24 of 2011. It is the first university of its kind in India dedicated to accessible education for differently-abled students. The university offers B.Tech, BBA, MBA, BA, MA, M.Sc, LLM, MSW, and Ph.D. programs. Admissions are conducted through UPTAC and JEE Main for B.Tech, CUET PG for MA, M.Sc, LLM, and MSW, and merit-based or entrance exams for other programs. Eligibility requires 10+2 with PCM for engineering, graduation with 50% marks for PG, and postgraduation with 55% marks for Ph.D.. Fees are affordable compared to private universities, making DSMNRU accessible to a wide student base.
