Film and Television Institute of India (FTII), established in 1960, is a premier government institute located on Law College Road, Pune, Maharashtra. Functioning under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India, FTII is recognized by the UGC and is renowned for its specialized programs in Film Direction, Cinematography, Editing, Sound Recording, Screenplay Writing, Acting, Animation, and Television Production.
