Gujarat Biotechnology University (GBU), established in 2020, is a state public university located at Udyog Bhawan, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. Recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC), it was set up by the Government of Gujarat in collaboration with the University of Edinburgh, UK, with the vision of advancing biotechnology education, research, and innovation in India.
