Gujarat Technological University (GTU), established in 2007, is a premier state government university located at Chandkheda, Ahmedabad, near Vishwakarma Government Engineering College on the Visat–Gandhinagar Highway. It is a state public university that affiliates more than 400 colleges across Gujarat, offering programs in Engineering, Pharmacy, Architecture, Management, Computer Applications, and Doctoral research. Admissions are conducted through GUJCET, JEE Main, GATE, CMAT, CAT, and GTU’s own merit-based selection process depending on the program. Eligibility requires 10+2 with relevant subjects for undergraduate courses and graduation in relevant disciplines for postgraduate programs.
