About Haveri University
Haveri University, established in 2023, is a state government university located at Kerimattihalli, Haveri, Karnataka. Founded by the Government of Karnataka to promote higher education and regional development in North-Central Karnataka, the university is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) under Section 2(f). As one of Karnataka's newer universities, Haveri University serves as an affiliating body for colleges in Haveri district and surrounding areas, while also offering postgraduate and research programs directly from its campus.
