Jagat Guru Nanak Dev Punjab State Open University (JGND PSOU), located at C/28 Lower Mall in Patiala, Punjab, is a state open university established in 2019 by the Government of Punjab under The Jagat Guru Nanak Dev Punjab State Open University Act, 2019.
