Krishnaguru Adhyatmik Visvavidyalaya, Barpeta, Assam, established in 2017, is a private university located at Nasatra, Barpeta. Recognized under section 2(f) of the UGC Act, the university was founded with the vision of imparting higher education rooted in spiritual values, cultural heritage, and modern academic excellence.

Admissions Open 2026: Courses, Eligibility & Fees
KAV, Barpeta offers undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, and doctoral programs in disciplines such as arts, commerce, education, philosophy, and social sciences. Admissions are conducted through merit-based selection and state-level entrance exams, depending on the program. Eligibility requires 10+2 for UG courses, a relevant bachelor’s degree for PG programs, and postgraduation with 55% marks for Ph.D. programs. Fees are affordable, typically ranging between ₹8,000–₹35,000 per year, making higher education accessible to rural and semi-urban students in Assam.
