Mahatma Gandhi Udyaniki Evam Vaniki Vishwavidyalaya (MGUVV), Durg, was established in 1983 by the Government of Madhya Pradesh (later reorganized under Chhattisgarh) and is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC).
