Rai University, Ahmedabad, was established in 2012 under the Gujarat State Act and is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC). It is also approved by AICTE, BCI, PCI, and NCTE depending on the program. The university offers undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, and doctoral programs in disciplines such as Engineering, Management, Law, Pharmacy, Agriculture, Commerce, Arts, and Sciences. Admissions are conducted through CUET UG/PG, JEE Main (for engineering), NEET (for pharmacy and allied health), CLAT (for law), CAT/MAT/CMAT (for MBA), and merit-based selection depending on the program. Eligibility requires 10+2 with relevant subjects for UG courses and graduation in relevant disciplines for PG programs. Fees are moderate compared to other private universities, with UG programs ranging between ₹70,000–₹1,50,000 per year and PG programs between ₹90,000–₹2,00,000 per year, making Rai University accessible to students across Gujarat and nearby states.
