Raja Mahendra Pratap Singh State University (RMPSSU), Aligarh (Uttar Pradesh) is a state university established in 2021 by the Government of Uttar Pradesh. Named in honor of the great freedom fighter and social reformer Raja Mahendra Pratap Singh, the institution was founded to cater to the higher education needs of the Aligarh division. It is recognized by the UGC and functions as a residential-cum-affiliating university, with a growing network of affiliated colleges.
