Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia Krishi Vishwa Vidyalaya (RVSKVV), located opposite Mela Ground on Race Course Road in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, is a state agricultural university established in 2008 by the Government of Madhya Pradesh. Named after Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia, the eminent political leader and social reformer, the university was founded with the vision of advancing agricultural education, research, and extension services to strengthen farming practices and rural development in the region. It is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and plays a pivotal role in agricultural innovation in Madhya Pradesh. The university offers undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, and doctoral programs in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agronomy, Plant Breeding, Soil Science, Agricultural Engineering, and allied disciplines.
