Rani Lakshmi Bai Central Agricultural University (RLBCAU), Jhansi (Uttar Pradesh) is a Central Agricultural University established in 2014 through the Rani Lakshmi Bai Central Agricultural University Act, 2014, passed by the Parliament of India. Located on NH-75, near Pahuj Dam, Gwalior Road, Jhansi, the institution is recognized as an Institution of National Importance under the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare, Government of India. The university began its first academic session in July 2014 and follows a semester system. It offers specialized programs in agriculture and allied sciences, including B.Sc. Agriculture, B.Sc. Horticulture, B.Sc. Home Science, M.Sc. programs, and Ph.D. opportunities. Recently, it has also introduced certificate courses in Veterinary and Animal Sciences at its Datia campus.
