Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology and Sciences (SHUATS), Prayagraj (Uttar Pradesh)—formerly known as Allahabad Agricultural Institute—is a government-aided research university with a rich legacy dating back to 1910. It was granted deemed university status in 2000 and later renamed SHUATS in 2010.
