Sanjay Ghodawat University (SGU) traces its roots to Sanjay Ghodawat Institute (SGI), established in 2009, which quickly became the most preferred institute for engineering education in the Kolhapur region, earning NAAC 'A' Grade and NBA accreditation within just a few years.
