Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan (SOA), located at Khandagiri Marg in Dharam Vihar, Jagamara, Bhubaneswar, is a deemed-to-be private university established in 1996. It has grown into one of India’s leading multidisciplinary institutions, recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and accredited by NAAC with an A++ grade. SOA has also been granted Category-I Graded Autonomy Status by the UGC, reflecting its academic excellence and autonomy in governance.
