Starex University was founded in 2016 and is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC). It is approved by AICTE, PCI, and BCI, making its degrees valid across India. The university offers a wide range of programs including B.Tech, MBA, MCA, BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, BA, LLB, M.Tech, M.Sc, M.Com, MA, and Ph.D.. Admissions are conducted through merit-based selection and national-level entrance exams such as JEE Main, CAT, MAT, CLAT, and GATE, depending on the program. Eligibility requires 10+2 with PCM for engineering, graduation with 50% marks for PG programs, and postgraduation with 55% marks for Ph.D.. Fees are moderate compared to other private universities, with UG programs averaging ₹60,000–₹1.2 lakhs annually and PG programs around ₹80,000–₹1.5 lakhs annually.
