Admissions Open 2026: Courses, Eligibility & Fees

The Utkal University of Culture (UUC), Bhubaneswar, was established in 1999 by the Government of Odisha to promote and preserve the rich cultural heritage of the state. It is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and offers specialized undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, and doctoral programs in disciplines such as Visual Arts, Performing Arts, Music, Dance, Theatre, Tribal Studies, and Cultural Studies. Admissions are conducted through merit-based selection, CUET UG/PG, and university-level entrance exams, depending on the program. Eligibility requires 10+2 for UG programs, graduation in relevant fields for PG programs, and a master’s degree for doctoral studies. Fees are affordable, with UG programs ranging between ₹10,000–₹25,000 per year and PG programs between ₹15,000–₹30,000 per year, making cultural education accessible to students across Odisha and India.
