About Uttar Pradesh University of Medical Sciences
Uttar Pradesh University of Medical Sciences (UPUMS), Saifai, Etawah is a premier government medical university established in 2016, after being upgraded from the U.P. Rural Institute of Medical Sciences and Research (RIMS&R) founded in 2005. Recognized by the UGC and approved by statutory bodies such as the National Medical Commission (NMC), Dental Council of India (DCI), Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), and Indian Nursing Council (INC), the university is dedicated to advancing medical education, healthcare, and research in Uttar Pradesh.
