AAFT University Admissions 2026

Admission to AAFT University's Undergraduate, Postgraduate, and Diploma programs is conducted through the AAFT Global Entrance Exam (AAFT GEE). Admissions are merit-based — the university states it does not charge or entertain any donation fee.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's / Degree programs: 10+2 or equivalent from a recognised board
• Master's / Postgraduate programs: A graduate degree or equivalent
• UG / PG Diploma: 10+2 or graduate, depending on the program

Admission Process — Step by Step

Step 1 – Application & Registration: Apply online through the university portal, or collect a form in person at the AAFT admission office or Kharora campus (Mon–Sat, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM). Registration fee is ₹1,000; the confirmation fee is ₹10,000 for one-year programs and ₹20,000 for UG and PG programs.

Step 2 – AAFT Global Entrance Exam (AAFT GEE): UG and PG degree applicants take an online aptitude test followed by a personal interview with the AAFT Expert Desk (telephonic, video, or in person). Diploma applicants attend the interview round only.

Step 3 – Result Declaration: Results are generally reviewed within 72 hours, after which applicants receive a selection decision based on their performance.

Step 4 – Admission Letter: Shortlisted candidates are notified via a selection letter within 3 working days. Applicants who are not selected are notified by email or phone, and the registration fee is refunded within the stipulated period.

Step 5 – Documentation & Fee: Selected candidates submit required documents (previous marksheets, photographs, etc.) and deposit the first fee installment within the given timeline to complete admission.

Fees

Program fees at AAFT University range roughly from ₹60,000 to ₹1,80,000 per year depending on the school and specialisation. Course-wise fees are listed in the Courses & Fees section above.

How to Apply

Students fill out a financial-assistance form (available from the concerned department in-charge), submit the required documents for assessment, and receive approval. Loan approval is subject to the lending institution's discretion, based on the financial standing and credit history of the applicant and co-applicant.

Government scholarship options such as the National Scholarship Portal and Chhattisgarh Post-Matric Scholarship may also be available to eligible students.
