About
Established in 2012 under the Adesh University Act (Punjab Act No. 6 of 2012), Adesh University is a private multidisciplinary institution located on NH-7, Bathinda, Punjab. It is the flagship academic initiative of the Adesh Foundation, which was founded in 1995 by Dr. H.S. Gill with the vision of advancing healthcare, medical, paramedical, and technical education in southern Punjab.
The university offers a wide range of programs across its constituent colleges, including MBBS, MD/MS, BDS, MDS, B.Sc Nursing, M.Sc Nursing, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Paramedical Sciences, Engineering, and Management courses, along with doctoral research opportunities.
Spread over a 100-acre urban campus, Adesh University is equipped with a super-specialty teaching hospital, modern laboratories, simulation centers, libraries, hostels, and sports facilities. Admissions Open 2026: Courses, Eligibility & Fees
Adesh University was founded in 2012 under the Adesh Foundation and is UGC-approved. It offers UG, PG, diploma, and doctoral programs in medicine, dentistry, nursing, pharmacy, paramedical sciences, engineering, and management. Admissions are conducted through national entrance exams like NEET UG/PG (for MBBS, MD/MS, BDS, MDS), GPAT (for pharmacy), and merit-based selection for other programs. Eligibility requires 10+2 with science subjects for UG programs and relevant bachelor’s degrees for PG courses. The admission process is online, involving application submission, entrance exam scores, and counseling. Fees are structured to remain competitive, with medical and dental programs having higher tuition compared to allied sciences.
