CTET 2026 Answer Key Update
Key Highlights
- The CBSE is expected to release the CTET 2026 provisional answer key for both Paper 1 and Paper 2 soon at ctet.nic.in.
- The exam (21st edition) was conducted on February 7 and 8, 2026 in two shifts each day.
- Along with the answer key, CBSE will also release the scanned OMR sheets of candidates.
- Candidates can raise objections against the provisional answer key by paying a fee of ₹1000 per challenge.
- Minimum qualifying marks:
- General: 90/150 (60%)
- SC/ST/OBC/PwD: 82/150 (55%)
How to Download CTET 2026 Answer Key
- Visit the official CTET portal: ctet.nic.in.
- Click on the “CTET Answer Key 2026” link.Enter your roll number and date of birth.
- Download the PDF answer key and OMR sheet.
- Save a copy for reference and objection submission.
How to Raise Objections
- Log in to the CTET portal with roll number and DOB.
- Select the question(s) to challenge.
- Provide the correct answer with supporting evidence.
- Pay ₹1000 per objection online (refundable if accepted).
- Submit and download the confirmation page.
Next Steps
- CBSE will review all objections with subject experts.
- The final answer key will be released after evaluation.
- Results will be declared based on the final answer key.
