About
The IIS (Deemed to be University), Jaipur, originally founded in 1995 as the International College for Girls (ICG), became a Deemed University in 2009 under the recognition of the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India. It is a UGC-recognized institution, accredited by NAAC with B++ Grade, and is widely regarded as a premier center for women’s higher education in Rajasthan.
IIS University offers a wide range of undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, and doctoral programs across disciplines such as Arts, Commerce, Science, Social Sciences, Management, Computer Applications, Fashion Design, Journalism, and Education. Eligibility for UG programs requires 10+2 with at least 50% marks, while PG programs require graduation in relevant fields. The admission process involves online application, merit list publication, counseling, and document verification. Fees are affordable compared to other private universities in Rajasthan, with UG programs ranging between ₹60,000–1.2 lakhs per year and PG programs between ₹80,000–1.5 lakhs per year.
