Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology Delhi (IIIT-Delhi), established in 2008 by the Government of NCT of Delhi, is a state university located near Govindpuri Metro Station, Okhla Industrial Estate Phase-III, New Delhi. Admissions Open 2026: Courses, Eligibility & Fees
IIIT Delhi offers B.Tech, M.Tech, M.Sc., B.Des., and Ph.D. programs in areas such as Computer Science, Electronics, Computational Biology, Artificial Intelligence, and Cybersecurity. Admissions to B.Tech programs are conducted through JEE Main ranks via JAC Delhi counseling, while M.Tech admissions require GATE scores. For design programs, admissions are through UCEED, and Ph.D. admissions involve entrance exams and interviews. Eligibility for B.Tech requires 10+2 with PCM and at least 60% marks, while PG programs demand relevant bachelor’s degrees. Fees are competitive, with B.Tech programs costing around ₹2–2.5 lakhs per year and M.Tech programs around ₹1.5–2 lakhs per year.
