National Law University (NLU Delhi), established in 2008 by the Government of NCT of Delhi, is a premier law university located in Sector-14, Dwarka, New Delhi. Admissions Open 2026: Courses, Eligibility & Fees
National Law University, Delhi (NLU Delhi) was established in 2008 by the Government of Delhi and is recognized by the UGC and approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI). Unlike other National Law Universities, NLU Delhi conducts admissions through its own entrance exam, the All India Law Entrance Test (AILET), rather than CLAT. The university offers five‑year integrated B.A. LL.B. (Hons.), one‑year LL.M., and Ph.D. programs. Eligibility requires 10+2 with at least 45% marks for UG programs, a law degree for LL.M., and postgraduation with 55% marks for doctoral programs. Fees range between ₹1.5–₹2.5 lakhs per year, depending on the program.
