Netaji Subhas University of Technology (NSUT), formerly known as Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology (NSIT), was established in 1983 and upgraded to a state university in 2018. Admissions Open 2026: Courses, Eligibility & Fees
Netaji Subhas University of Technology (NSUT), formerly known as Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology (NSIT), was established in 1983 and granted university status in 2018. It is a state university affiliated to the Government of Delhi, recognized by the UGC and accredited with NAAC Grade A. The university offers B.Tech, M.Tech, MBA, MCA, and Ph.D. programs across engineering, management, and applied sciences. Admissions to B.Tech programs are conducted through JEE Main followed by JAC Delhi counseling, while M.Tech admissions are based on GATE scores. MBA admissions require CAT/MAT/XAT scores plus GD/PI, and Ph.D. admissions are through the university’s entrance test and interview. Fees are affordable compared to private institutions, with B.Tech programs costing around ₹1.9–₹2.2 lakhs per year, while postgraduate programs range between ₹80,000–₹1.5 lakhs annually.
